The apartments from the outside

The apartments are located in the residential area La Zenia near Cabo Roig. It is a pleasant neighbourhood with Spanish villas and apartments in various styles. Many Spanish and other Europeans build a house in La Zenia. Some to get away from the cold winters in their own country, others to stay all year. 

It is hard to find anything better. The apartments are only 800 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cabo Roig. The private swimming pool, including special facilities for young children, is only 50 meters away. You can find restaurants, shops, a golf course and financial banks at walking distance.
